5. Calculators and tools

The results from our calculators should be used as an indication only. Results do not represent either quotes or pre-qualifications for a loan. The specific details of your loan will be provided to you in your loan contract. It is advised that you get in touch with us before taking out a loan so that we can provide you with advice that is tailored to your situation.

Some of our calculators are provided by a third party, LoanTools. Their results depend on the information you enter and on the provider's assumptions, which may not match your circumstances or any lender's policy.

6. Enquiry forms and bookings

When you send us an enquiry or book a call, we use your details to respond to you and, if you choose to go ahead, to provide our services. We aim to reply within one business day.

Our booking calendar is provided by a third party, YouCanBook.me, and its own terms and privacy policy also apply when you use it.

Please don't send identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive information through website forms. If we need documents from you, we'll tell you how to send them securely.

7. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information can change, including lender policies, interest rates and government schemes. We may change, update or remove content at any time without notice.

We don't promise that the website will always be available or will run without interruption, errors or viruses. You are responsible for protecting your own devices.
