Wealthfolio's mission is to work personally with our clients building strong long-term relationships and providing exceptional customer service! We believe this is why our business has been successfully built on referrals and word of mouth only.

We are a close-knit team who have been extensively trained to provide exceptional value to our clients. Educating our clients is a priority, from helping our experienced investors with complex scenarios to helping others know how to pay off their home sooner. Our aim is to give our clients a happy stress-free experience and to guide our clients through their financial journey, whatever that may be.

Emma Cattermole

Emma is the founder of Wealthfolio with over 20 years of financial services experience as a finance broker and consultant. Emma has won numerous awards including currently being crowned Regional Broker of the year QLD. Emma's professional background working for a large worldwide accounting firm set the foundations to start her own business. Her driving intention has always been to help her clients reach their financial goals using clever, researched strategies with the least possible stress or financial risk. Emma is passionate about providing the absolute best advice for her clients and works with an extensive network of industry professionals to achieve this. Outside of her busy work commitments, Emma enjoys spending time with her children and husband, relaxing at the beach and travelling.

Director/Commercial Finance Advisor

Keith Burns

Keith is a Director of Wealthfolio and an award-winning finance broker with over 12 years of experience. Keith heads up the commercial and asset finance side of the business. His background is in financial planning, complex commercial lending, trusts, and superannuation so is well-positioned to ensure our clients' loans are structured for long-term financial success. Keith can also support clients with development funding, SMSF purchases and private funding and has a large network of professionals and lenders in order to assist clients with their requirements.

Family plays a big part in Keith's world with three young children. Keith likes keeping fit and is heavily involved in the basketball association.

Operations Manager

Robyn Martin

Robyn prides herself on service and attention to detail. You'll find Robyn assisting with managing your applications from start to finish as well as overseeing many facets of the business, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. It’s a busy role and Robyn always puts Wealthfolio customers first, going the extra mile to ensure their needs are met and striving to achieve the best outcome for them.

Robyn loves keeping active, spending time with her husband and planning their next holiday overseas.

Lending Advisor

Norrie Wirihana

Norrie has been in the finance industry for around 20 years with over 10 years in Mortgage Broking. With a diverse finance background in many areas, Norrie has experience in Home Finance, Commercial and Equipment finance and also helping clients with financial hardship and can assist our clients with any of their needs. Norrie takes the time to obtain a deep understanding of our clients objectives and fosters ongoing relationships giving our clients a personalised experience. Norrie has a warm and personable personality and helps our clients feel at ease.

In his spare time, Norrie loves watching his kids play sport - every Saturday in fact, with rugby league, soccer and netball to go to. Outside of kids sport, when he can, he LOVES diving and has had some amazing underwater experiences! Rugby is a passion that his body won't allow anymore but he still loves rugby and league!

Senior Finance Manager

Cherie Cullen

Cherie is known as the finance oracle with over 18 years experience within the financial services industry. Cherie's role as finance manager is to support Wealthfolio customers from application through to approval, this includes working with credit assessors and banking policies to ensure you get the approval you deserve.

Away from work Cherie loves spending time with her girlfriends and enjoys being a wine connoisseur.

Emma Monk

Emma enjoys working with numbers and problem solving, while helping people achieve their goals. Whether it’s a refinance or a purchase, she is motivated to ensure that each client receives the best personal service to get them the best outcome, bringing dreams to life. She encourages everyone to celebrate the small wins, this creates a good mindset and believes this keeps people on track to achieving larger goals.

Outside of work you'll find her spending time with her friends over dinner or drinks.

Maddy Manteit

As a finance manager, Maddy enjoys helping client’s reach their property and finance goals. She will always pour a high level of energy and care into her clients and relationships. She has a degree in property economics and development and has an eye for detail.

Outside of work you’ll find her at the beach capturing the Sunshine Coast’s beauty on her drone.

Kat Dundon

Kat has a warming energy when it comes to helping clients throughout their home loan journey and is always willing to go the extra mile to make clients feel looked after. Coming from an Events & Bookkeeping background, Kat understands that finance can often be a daunting notion to many people. She will go out of her way to simplify the process for you.

Outside of work, you will find Kat enjoying the beautiful great outdoors that the Sunshine Coast has to offer with her young family.

Client Services Manager

Bella Cattermole

Bella is an integral member of the team and a guru when it comes to technology and systems. Bella likes to steamline our processes and help to make us as efficient as possible when helping our clients with their finance journey. Bella also spends her time speaking with clients providing updates on their file, liaising with solicitors or pushing banks to get have our clients files ready for settlement.

Bella is currently studying teaching at University and is in her final year. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the beach.
